How to use it
The Slug Inn is ideal for all garden situations, from large
border to small pots and ideal for the vegetable patch.

Installation is easy. Just push the outer vessel into
the soil. Hard or clay based soils might need you to make
a hole first using a trowel, but the shape of the outer
vessel makes it easy to push into place. Leave about 5mm to 10mm between the rim of the outer vessel and the soil to keep the other creatures out like the
very useful ground beetle, which just happens to eat slug eggs.

Then simply fill the inner vessel with beer or a solution
of yeast powder and water and drop it into the now installed
outer vessel, snap the lid shut and walk away with "peace
of mind" . There's no need to over fill the vessel - just ove half full will work OK
Emptying is easy too: just lift the lid and pull the
inner out. Empty the contents onto your compost heap or wormery or
drain off the liquid and dispose of with your household
waste. Refill and replace. Simple!
