At Kakoi, we are striving to develop a range of products that our customers will be pleased they bought. We don't want them to end up in the bin or at the back of a cupboard. We certainly don't want our customers to be telling their friends and family that the products aren't up to scratch without giving us a chance to put things right.
Perhaps it's a British thing but all to often in life we find ourselves unhappy with service and say nothing. It could be in a restaurant, on holiday, in a shop or on the internet - if we say nothing, nothing gets better and we walk away unhappy but what we frequently forget is that the provider of that service may have no idea they have got it wrong. At Kakoi, we want to know if we have got it wrong. Don't get angry! - talk to us.
We want to build a business based on quality of product and service, so any constructive comments will be welcome. We will reply to your comments as quickly as we can and do whatever we can to make changes and improve any aspect of the Kakoi shopping experience that you feel strongly about.
