Returns and Cancellations

Kakoi Ltd are committed to selling high quality innovative products at a competitive price. We expect our customers to be very satisfied with the products and the services we provide. However if for any reason the customer is not happy with the products supplied we are very willing to discuss an amicable solution. If the products are faulty we will replace them free of charge and if the customer can, within 14 days, show that the product does not perform to an agreed and acceptable standard we will supply a full refund.

Delivery

Kakoi Ltd have a policy of delivering products in a timely manner. We strive to deliver strickly within 14 days. If there is a possibility that this cannot be achieved because of increased demand or delays with sourcing materials that are used in the manufacture of the product, Kakoi Ltd will keep the customer informed of any delays however small, via email (when an email address is supplied). Delivering to addresses outside the UK will be subject to standard delivery restrictions and should be agreed at the time of purchase.
